The Moline/Artery

The Moline is a 241-unit apartment development, constructed and owned by Doran Development.  It features luxury 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, underground residential parking, at grade 189 park and ride stalls, Metro Transit driver break room, enclosed bike parking and a bikers’ lounge with a fix-it station, water bottle filling station, charging stations and maps.  The density is 97 units per acre.

The Artery is the new connection between the planned Downtown Hopkins LRT Station and Mainstreet.  It features a cycle track, interactive public art, space for temporary art installations, state of the art storm water treatment and outdoor gathering spaces.  The project was supported with funds from the Met Council, Hennepin County and Three Rivers Park District.
